This new technology SLC block seems to be quite a bit unique to what we’ve observed on the M1. The SRAM mobile places appear to generally be much larger than that on the M1, so although we can’t particularly verify this at this time, it could signify that every SLC block has 16MB of cache in it – for your M1 Professional that may indicate 32M
